Nedbank RTD CPT

The Nedbank Cup is the South African version of the world famous FA Cup. Teams from SAFA’s regional leagues compete and play up to ten matches before entering the main draw. 32 teams enter the main draw. They comprise of the 16 Premier League Clubs, 8 National First Division Clubs and 8 from SAFA’s regional leagues.

The Cape Town regional section is planned to take place on the 28th and 29th of October 2023

Who is The 4th moment

The 4th Moment is a Non Profit working in Cape Town, South Africa. Our activities are centered around football specifically in the coaching of coaches and players. Education is key and we promote further learning in all spheres of football and it’s for this reason we host coaching workshops for aspiring and experienced coaches. Player mentoring and administrator upskilling forms part of our learning programs. Our open approach allows us to learn and grow while we share our experiences with grassroots coaches in our province.
