The 4th Moment is a Non Profit working in Cape Town, South Africa. Our activities are centered around football specifically in the coaching of coaches and players. Education is key and we promote further learning in all spheres of football and it’s for this reason we host coaching workshops for aspiring and experienced coaches. Player mentoring and administrator upskilling forms part of our learning programs. Our open approach allows us to learn and grow while we share our experiences with grassroots coaches in our province.

One of our key goals is to be a positive influence within the Cape Town area and promote the vast amount of talented players in the region while also teaching them life skills elements. The 4th Moment promotes education together with enhancing talent in the sport. 

We believe in networking with people of similar mindset of learning and sharing our knowledge in order for the football community to grow and achieve for the ultimate goal of being a positive influence in the lives of many local footballers.

Our flagship Tournament, “The Super Cup” encompasses the ethos of the organization. The event allows youth from ages 14 – 16 years old to compete with like minded individuals who have accomplished a major goal in the season. All league winners, Cup winners and finalists are split into groups and compete in a round robin system and knockout stage to eventually deliver a champion of champions.

Part of what we do is also to highlight grassroots football by capturing our local players on camera, be it in a photograph or on video. We encourage, motivate and inspire local players, coaches an administrators in achieving their goals and possibly realizing their dreams of making it in this tough industry.
